The European Saudi Organization for Human Rights monitors, starting from 2015, the arbitrary arrests exercised by the Saudi authorities on some of the human rights advocators, activists, political opponents and who adopts inconsistent views with the government in religious, intellectual and political fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We, The European Saudi Organization for Human Rights, consider pursuing the arbitrary arrests is of a paramount importance. One of the reasons which push us to follow this issue is the lack of transparency of the provided information and statistics by the State in relation to the detainees. Not only this, for in often times the order of detention and the place of the detainee are kept secret from the family. Besides, the lack of monitoring this issue would only help the Saudi Government to continue seizing more victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the policy of secrecy and intimidation practiced by the State on the families of the sufferers, which make them \u2013 falsely \u2013 think that concealment of information is in the interest of the detainee, we The European Saudi Organization for Human Rights encounter complexities in tracking the arrests and completing the data related.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
